Book an Event - Hall, Kitchen & Cooler

Damage Deposit

$300 Damage Deposit due upon Booking and then at check in you will pay full amount of rental and the $300 will be held until check out.  Providing everything checks out including dumpsters and that no loose garbage or untied garbage have been put in dumpsters

Wedding Weekend  (Hall, Kitchen and Cooler)

$550 + GST - Check in Friday 4pm until Sunday 4pm.

Hall, Kitchen and Cooler

$400 + GST first day
$150 + GST for each additional day

Hall Only

$35 + GST per hour  (Minimum 3 hours)

Walk In Cooler Only

$30 + GST for each additional day.  For example, if you're renting the facility for a wedding, this fee would cover your moving food in early.

Funerals

$200 + GST for the Hall (Special rates for some local funerals)

$100+ GST for the Kitchen (your caterer)
  OR
Catering by Colinton Community Club is per plate.

Notes

Confirm check in time one day in advance.  You must arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time as someone must come and meet you at the hall.
